Intel zoom level adjustment

Originally from Improved Map Mod by Rustard (Knight of Science edit) To prevent the main mod breaking after every update I moved the portion that adjusts zoom levels and edits the Styles/MapStyle file into a separate mod.

This mod does standalone map zoom level adjustment. It is incompatable with any mod that changes Styles/MapStyle. This includes Red Icon Mod, red alert, and basetiers.

Danetello's map mod fix is no longer necessary as a result of this change.

This mod does function standalone, however it may not behave as you expect it to with an HD map mod. For IMM KOS edit, the base mod only is what is required. Don't use this too.
